Which weight should I start with?

Will it fit me?
The Slim Vest is one size fits most, with an extender strap in the box. At 10 lb it fits chests 31.5 to 43.3 in. At 15 and 20 lb it fits 33.5 to 45.3 in. See our Fit and Weight Guide for details.
Will it bounce when I walk?
Tighten the two chest buckles until it sits close. It should feel snug, not tight.
